HI!

This is us, Liz and Kaia.

Welcome to our corner of the internet, crafted by a former structural engineer turned stay‑at‑home mum, who fell in love with Montessori’s holistic magic and wanted to share it with other families. I never expected to homeschool, but after my daughter was born, I chose to give up my career to stay home with her. That choice naturally led us into homeschooling, then to Montessori. I’ll be honest, what first attracted me were the beautiful Pinterest boards full of materials and toddlers sweeping with tiny brooms! But, as I researched further, I deeply resonated with Maria Montessori’s philosophy, making me question my own education and inspiring me to seek something different for my daughter. Yet the more I read, the more overwhelmed I felt - I loved everything, but I couldn’t keep up. Living in beautiful Oman at the time unfortunately didn’t help, as materials were hard to source, so I began illustrating my own. Now, many years later, Montessori Wildlings is my attempt to create the resources I wish I’d had when I first discovered Montessori. I hope this website and its materials support you just as much on your own journey.

We hope you enjoy your stay!
